Run your company like you have a full leadership team. Without hiring one.

Founders end up being the CFO, the head of sales, the marketer and the product lead at once, making big calls on partial numbers. hlpr gives you a team of AI executives that read your numbers, argue out what to do and bring you the decision. Then they turn it into a plan, take on their share of the work and follow through. Do more with the team you have while you grow.

We are letting companies in a few at a time while we build with them.

Sound familiar?

You wear every hat

Finance, sales, marketing, product, hiring. Every decision lands on you, and it gets made in between everything else.

Expertise comes too late

The experience a growing company needs most usually arrives only once it is big enough to hire for it. Until then, you are working it out alone.

Your numbers are scattered

Revenue in one tool, traffic in another, deals in a third. Nobody has time to read them together, so big calls get made on gut feel.

Why hlpr

Expert insight on every decision, from day one.

hlpr levels the playing field. A growing company gets the preparation, analysis and pushback that larger companies get from a full leadership team, while it scales.

Decide on facts, not gut feel

Each seat reads its own area’s numbers before it speaks, and every figure shows where it came from.

Hear the other side first

The Challenger questions every proposal, so a weak idea does not pass just because nobody pushed back.

Do more with less

Get the analysis, planning and follow-through of a full leadership team while you are still small, and put your own time where it matters most.

Stay in charge

Seats propose; you decide. They act on their own only where you have let them, and you can switch that off at any time.

Know where you stand

See what moved, and what to do about it.

Your numbers live in different tools, and nobody has time to read them together. Your seats do, on the schedule you set, and they come to you with what changed, why it matters and what they would do.

  • A business pulse on Home that fits your kind of company: subscriptions, ecommerce, services and more
  • Ask any seat for a dashboard: it builds one from Stripe, Google Analytics, Search Console, Shopify, PayPal, your spreadsheets, or your own app's events and API
  • Every figure cites its source, and a seat says so when data looks unreliable
  • Export to CSV or PDF, or share a read-only link with your board or investors

Better decisions

Hear the other side before you commit.

Most bad calls are made when nobody pushes back. A Challenger seat questions every proposal, and the other seats weigh in from their own areas, so you decide with the objections already on the table.

  • Talk it through out loud in a meeting, or in writing
  • Minutes, decisions and follow-ups written up for you
  • Recurring meetings on your calendar

From decision to done

Decisions become plans. Plans get done.

A meeting is where work starts, not where it ends. Once you decide, the seat that owns it lays out the plan, and the seats keep the work moving between meetings.

A plan, not just minutes

Seats propose projects and tasks with owners and due dates, for themselves and for your people, on the calendar. You accept the plan or change it.

Seats own their tasks

Each seat checks in on its own tasks, works them, reports progress and says when it is done. You confirm.

They ask each other, and you

A seat that needs another area asks that seat. Blocked or out of its depth, it calls you in instead of stalling.

Help beside every page

Talk to any seat in a thread, or ask the assistant beside every page to find, create or update what you are looking at.

Follow-through

Know whether your decisions worked.

Every proposal comes with a success measure. Once you approve it, the work is tracked, and later it is checked against what it promised, so you learn what works for your company.

Get time back

Hand off the work as trust is earned.

At first, seats draft and you approve: emails, plans, documents. As a seat proves itself in one area, you can let it act there on its own, and take that back at any time.

  • Today: sending email from a mailbox you have switched on; more kinds of work follow
  • One area at a time, never all at once
  • You can still correct what a seat did after it acts
  • Kill switches stop one seat, one company or everything

Every morning

Start the day knowing what needs you.

Instead of digging through tools and inboxes, you get a short brief: decisions waiting on you, drafts to approve and what changed overnight.

Built for control

Your company's data stays your company's.

Each company's data is walled off in the database itself, connection keys are encrypted, and the audit log of every decision cannot be edited, even by us through the app.

Dogfooding

We run hlpr on hlpr.

hlpr's own leadership team is a company on hlpr. Our seats review our numbers, argue about our roadmap and draft our updates, so we meet the rough edges before you do.

Questions

Does hlpr replace hiring?

It means you can hire later, and hire for the right roles. Until then, your seats give you the preparation, analysis and pushback of a leadership team. When you do hire, people work alongside the seats, and you turn off the ones you no longer need.

Is hlpr a chatbot?

No. A chatbot waits for your question. hlpr seats each own an area of the company, read its data on a schedule, propose decisions with evidence, challenge each other, and keep a record of what was decided and whether it worked. You can still ask any seat anything.

Do I need a data team?

No. Connect your tools or upload a spreadsheet. Seats read the figures, build a dashboard when you ask for one, and say where every number came from. The data and analytics seat looks after metric definitions and data quality.

Can the seats do things without me?

Only where you have turned that on, one area at a time, after the seat has a track record there. Seats can never decide register items, change their own autonomy or reopen a decision; those rules are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

What can the seats see?

Only what you connect. Finance and sales connections are read-only. For Google, you choose which services to share. You can disconnect anything at any time.

Which AI models does hlpr use?

Anthropic's Claude models. Routine work goes to faster models and final write-ups to the most capable ones, so costs stay sensible.

Can I run more than one company?

Yes. One sign-in can own several companies, and each is fully its own: its own team, register, meetings and connections.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $249 a month, with two months free when you pay yearly. See pricing for what each plan includes.Pricing is not public yet. Write to hello@hlpr.ai and we will tell you where it stands.
